New to barre but want to try it? This is the PERFECT class for you!!
All fitness levels welcome (and it’s safe if you’re pregnant or newly postpartum).
No dance experience required.
Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity fitness class set to upbeat music. It pairs the strength and flexibility of dancers with the repetition and structure of a traditional fitness class.

Bring a yoga mat to class. If you have barre socks, great! Otherwise, the class can be done barefoot. All other props will be provided.
Workshops
Strength Training for Moms
This 90-minute workshop and fitness class, led by ACE-certified personal trainer Traci DeLeo, is all about strength training. Also called weight training, resistance training, or basic strength training, Traci will share the importance of adding this into your routine, and all the tips for how to do it as a busy mom! Included with the workshop is a 30-minute circuit-style fitness class to introduce some basic exercises and leave you feeling strong!
