The Moms on Fire Fitness Studio can accommodate up to 3 people for a semi private group fitness class so you can workout with your friends and save on the cost of sessions! Options include a barre class, HIIT circuit, cardio bootcamp or basic strength training class for your group!

I can also come to you! Hosting an event and want to get the energy up with a workout class? Bachelorette parties, girls weekend, retreats, fundraiser events. Also available for weekly sessions. If you have the space, I’ll come and teach!

Hi, I’m Traci, a mom of 3,  ACE-certified personal trainer, and founder of Moms on Fire Fitness. I’ve always been active, playing sports as a kid, and running 5K’s and a few half marathons in my 20’s - but I never quite felt confident in how I looked.

I was stuck in the endless cycle of cardio and frustration until I finally discovered a strength-based approach that transformed how I felt in my body. The journey into motherhood gave me the opportunity to dive deep into the fitness industry, gaining certifications and experience that reshaped my perspective.

Now, I help other moms build strength, confidence, and energy through Moms on Fire Fitness - because I believe fitness should empower you, and not be one more thing on your never-ending to-do list.

  • Yes! Moms on Fire Fitness is designed for moms with their little ones in mind. Whether you join a Mommy & Me Class or bring your child along to a personal training session, you’ll never have to choose between working out and being there for your kids. Is it chaotic sometimes? Also, yes! But I’m used to that.

  • Absolutely! My coaching philosophy is all about meeting you where you are. Whether you’re newly postpartum, returning after a long break, or just getting started, I’ll create workouts with your life in mind and help you build strength at a pace that feels right for you.  I help new moms, young moms, moms-to-be, and moms whose own kids are now moms! If this sounds like you, I can help you!

  • I get it - mom life is busy!   That’s why my programs are built for real moms with real schedules. With efficient, effective workouts, and flexible options like virtual coaching, I’ll help you find a fitness routine that fits seamlessly into your day. If you’re committed to making the time to exercise, I’ll help you find where it fits in your life.

  • Most fitness programs don’t account for the realities of motherhood. I focus on accountability, community, and creating sustainable habits that fit into your life. This isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about helping you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your health for the long run.

  • Every postpartum journey is different, so I always recommend checking with your doctor first. However, you don’t need to wait until your 6-week postpartum visit to start reconnecting your breath to your body, stretching those tired muscles from rocking your baby all night long, and moving in a way that supports your recovery. Reach out sooner rather than later to get support from a mom who’s been there. And, congratulations!!

  • Of course! As an ACE-certified personal trainer, my goal is to help you stay consistent with exercise in a way that feels good for you.  If you want a supportive, empowering approach to fitness, I’d love to help you reach your goals!

  • If at any point during your training, you’re unhappy with the service, please let me know! Communication is key to any relationship, and the same is true with your trainer. I strive to make you feel heard and supported during all interactions, but I understand that sometimes, personalities just don’t click.

    I am happy to pause training for unexpected injuries, illnesses, or extenuating circumstances. Each scenario is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
