Studio Policies and FAQ’s

  • The schedule opens 7 days ahead of the current date, on a rolling schedule. (This means you can book next Saturday’s class on Saturday and next Tuesday’s class on Tuesday.) Members can book classes 14-days in advance.

  • Please arrive for class at least 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time. This will allow everyone to get settled and signed in. We understand life with kids is unpredictable! If you are running late, please give the studio a call so we can set up your equipment for class to minimize disruptions.

  • Mommy + Me Classes are designed for moms of infants and/or toddlers. If you’re kid-free and want a shorter version of our signature full-length classes, feel free to come solo!

Kids of all ages can come and participate alongside their parents in any class.

We ask that children older than 12 register for a class and book a spot.

  • Kids are always welcome at the studio! The studio was built for moms who otherwise find it difficult to workout. New moms, young moms, moms-to-be, and moms whose own kids are now moms! If this sounds like you, you are welcome here!

  • Kids of all ages are welcome to use the playspace! Most of the toys are chosen to be safe for infants and toddlers (no small parts), but there are also puzzles, blocks, and toys that can be fun for preschool and elementary-school age children.

We just ask that everyone using the playspace be courteous to others. Always be kind and respectful to others, and the space.

  • Of course! Moms on Fire Fitness is all about community.

  • If you can’t make it to class, please cancel your booking through the MINDBODY app. We know life with kids is unpredictable. Please make every effort to cancel within 1 hour of the class start time to allow for space to be available to others.

If you cancel within 1 hour before the class starts, class packages and single drop-ins will result in loss of credit. Members will be charged a $5 late cancellation fee.

A no-show occurs when someone does not show up for a class without communication via email, call, or text to the studio. You will be charged a fee of $10 plus loss of credit and there will not be any refunds in the event of an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance. This applies to all memberships, class packages and single drop-ins.

  • If, at any time, you decide to terminate your relationship with Moms on Fire Fitness, any scheduled and unscheduled classes and personal training sessions will be forfeited.

Remaining class credits or sessions will not be refunded. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.

I am happy to pause personal training services for unexpected injuries, illnesses, or extenuating circumstances. Each scenario would be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
