No matter your fitness level, every workout is designed with modifications for every stage of motherhood. Classes to help you build strength and a supportive community - because motherhood is easier (and way more fun) when we lift each other up.

Kids are always welcome at Moms on Fire Fitness classes and training sessions. Appropriate for ages 0-5. All fitness levels welcome!

Exciting News! Moms on Fire Fitness is Teaming Up with Playball Cape Cod! ⚽
We’re joining forces to bring you the ultimate family-friendly workout experience! Get ready for a fun, active 4-week session where kids and parents can move, play, and sweat together!
Coach Lilly will teach the kiddos (ages 2+) coordination, teamwork, and basic sports skills.
Moms can watch their kiddos shine and get a workout in with guidance from a personal trainer.
(Car seat babies and not-so-mobile little ones are always welcome!)
