No matter your fitness level, every workout is designed with modifications for every stage of motherhood. Classes to help you build strength and a supportive community - because motherhood is easier (and way more fun) when we lift each other up.

Kids are always welcome!

No matter what class you sign up for, kids can always come and use the playspace.

All fitness levels welcome for all classes!

Mommy + Me classes are 30 minute (shorter versions) of the full-length classes.

Meet me at the Barre

Introduction to barre movements with limited props and equipment. Learn the basics and get a great workout using almost entirely bodyweight. Light bands and balls may be used. 

Barre on Fire

The ultimate combo! This class will combine barre basics and strength. Use of dumbbells and resistance bands will be used to increase the intensity of your barre experience. Expect less reps, but the same barre burn with isometric holds and pulses.

Ready to be a MOM ON FIRE?!

Moms on Fire BOOTCAMP (45 min)

Our signature class includes strength exercises, cardio bursts, as well as balance challenges and plyometrics for an energizing class experience. The class will move in a circuit-style to keep you moving for a full 45-minutes!

Moms on Fire STRENGTH (60 min)

This class is great for building all-around strength so you can keep up with your kiddos and feel your absolute best. Use of heavier weights will be used in a more traditional strength training format, with guidance on form and safe progressions. Weight trackers will be provided so you can track your lifting progress week over week. The small class size allows for more personalized attention so you get the benefits of personal training in a group setting. The best of both fitness worlds!

Mommy + Me Barre

Barre is a fitness class inspired by ballet-movements, but you don’t need any prior dance experience to try it!

Barre is an excellent workout to start with postpartum. It’s low impact, core- and posture-focused, and there’s options to modify or scale up intensity for your current fitness level!

This class is great for baby-wearing too, but baby can also just hang out in their car seat or on the mat for some tummy time while mom works on lengthening and strengthening her muscles!

Mommy + Me Bootcamp

Who doesn’t love a fun dance class?!

Set to a FIRE up-beat playlist, this class will get your heart pumping and your body moving, and you’ll barely know you’re working out!

This circuit-style class includes some low-impact cardio and core exercises, plus lower and upper body lifts to get a full-body workout, in under 30 minutes! Kiddos can hang out in the play center or join in on the workout. Everybody is welcome!

Kids love to participate in this one, plus it’s a great way to energize yourself while your little one gets their energy OUT!

Stroller Workout (Seasonal)

Fresh air + Movement is our favorite way to exercise!

Plus the kids are contained!!

Stroller workout is held outdoors (weather permitting) and incorporates a little bit of everything!

Some barre movements, using the stroller as our “barre” … some cardio movements … and some bodyweight strength for a complete workout that you can bring baby with you!
