From Overwhelmed Mom to Empowered Coach- why I created Moms on Fire Fitness
Like many moms, my relationship with exercise completely changed when my daughter, JoJo, was born. She was the spark that pushed me to prioritize my health—not to “get my body back,” but to survive. In those early days, workouts became my reset—30 minutes to breathe, recharge, and feel like me again.
Exercise gave me confidence during one of the most uncertain times of my life. Because let’s be real—motherhood flips your world upside down.
Then in 2020, my son Vinny was born, and I suddenly had two kids under two, was laid off, and navigating a global pandemic. I needed purpose—and realized I wasn’t alone. So many moms felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck putting themselves last, especially without child care.
That’s when I turned my personal journey into something bigger. I founded Moms on Fire Fitness—a space where moms don’t have to choose between their kids and themselves. Where movement is about strength, confidence, and showing up as your best self.

My mission is to empower women with the habits, tools, skills, and self-confidence to live a happier, stronger, and better life.
Traci has spent the last 6+ years immersing herself in the health & fitness industry, and is an ACE certified personal trainer, a certified group fitness instructor, an IBBFA certified barre instructor, and a fitness enthusiast.
She teaches strength and fitness classes for moms - including mommy + me classes and toddler movement. Traci is a mom to three young kiddos and lives with her family on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

What to Know About Working with a Postpartum Personal Trainer
My own relationship with exercise changed dramatically as soon as I became a mom. Fitness is more than fitting back into your “pre-pregnancy” jeans, its about showing up as the best version of yourself.

I believe that honesty is the best policy, even if it’s not easy to share the truth. We can’t make progress if we don’t trust each other. And the only way to trust someone is to be honest with them.

Confidence in your decisions comes from the underlying foundation of being proud of yourself at the end of the day. This one is always a work in progress (hence the personal growth), but I strive to build this confidence in myself, my kids, and those around me to be proud of the life you’re living.
